Industrial Engineering Manager

1. Site Engineering & Infrastructure

• Lead the planning, design, and development of site infrastructure, utilities, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure building and equipment compliance with corporate standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Manage contractors, engineering firms, and service providers for civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility projects.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for site utilities and critical infrastructure.

2. Industrial Engineering

• Lead the planning, design, and development of industrial engineering activities including plant layout, workflow optimization, production technology, production lines, machines and equipment.
• Collaborate with process engineering and R&D teams to integrate new equipment and production technologies.
• Ensure process scalability, reliability, and compatibility with site capabilities.
