**Job Description**

+ _Coordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performance_
+ _Hub service initiative& cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projection_
+ _Set up procedure, KPI; Work with cross function for procedure and initiative deployment_
+ _Coordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gateways_
+ _Work with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performance_
+ _Hub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and update_
+ _Plan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffing_
