Industrial Engineer - Supply Chain Operations

The Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operation is responsible for analysing, improving, and redesigning operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures across distribution centre operations to improve efficiency, productivity, service delivery, and cost effectiveness.

The role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, labour optimization opportunities, process bottlenecks, and control gaps within a predominantly manual operating environment while supporting the business’s operational transformation initiatives, including future systems and technology implementation.

The incumbent will work closely with operational stakeholders to develop practical, scalable, and sustainable process improvements across warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations.
