This role is for a tech-driven revenue assurance specialist who combines operational expertise (Front Office, F&B, nightlife/parties) with advanced data analytics, automation, and AI tools to drive revenue integrity, identify leakages, and enhance profitability.

You will play a key role in transforming income audit from a control function into a data-driven business partner.

• Revenue Audit & Controls
  • Perform end-to-end audit of revenue streams across Front Office (room revenue, packages, no-shows, upgrades), F&B outlets (Micros / POS controls, voids, discounts, rebates) and Nightlife / Events / Parties (ticketing, table bookings, promoter deals)
