We’re looking for a kind, patient, and proactive Inclusion Support Assistant to work across welcoming primary schools in Lewisham . In this role, you’ll be supporting pupils who need a little extra help to thrive—whether that’s with SEND, EAL, emotional regulation, or confidence in learning.

It’s about helping every pupil feel seen, heard, and included in every part of school life.

What your role might involve:

• 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs

• Encouraging confidence, focus, and engagement in class

• Helping pupils navigate routines, friendships, and transitions
