The Inclusion Assistant sits within Fieldfisher’s Inclusion Team, a team of four comprising the Head of Inclusion, two Senior Inclusion Executives, and an Inclusion Assistant. The team forms part of the wider Sustainability & ESG (SESG) Department, which brings together the firm’s activities across:

• People – Inclusion
• Planet – Climate and Environment
• Purpose and Prosperity – Our legal services and Pro bono and Communities
• Governance and Sustainability Systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and organised Inclusion Assistant to support our UK and European offices. Supporting the Inclusion Team, you will help implement the Inclusion strategy, action plans, communications, and awareness days.
