Key Responsibilitie sLead, supervise, and manage large rigging team s — including hundreds of riggers and foreme nPlan, coordinate, and execute all rigging and heavy lifting activitie
sPrepare and review rigging plans, lifting procedures, and equipment checklist sEnsure 100% compliance with HSE, lifting codes, and site regulation sWork closely with project, safety, and crane teams for safe job executio
nConduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and on-site training when require dMaintain daily logs, inspections, and rigging equipment status report s
✅ Requiremen
tsDiploma/DAE in Mechanical or related technical fie
ldRigging Level-III Certification preferr
