Incentives - Employee Share Plans Senior Manager

The role

will involve designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for our wide range of listed and private clients. In particular, we welcome candidates with strong tax technical skills together with possibly legal and accounting skills and experience across some or all, EMI option schemes, Company Share Option Plans (CSOPs), growth shares, Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs), and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).

What your days will look like

Design and implement employee incentive schemes tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising on the structure and management of plans such as EMI, CSOPs, EBTs, and EOTs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop practical, tax-efficient solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives, supported by detailed analysis, due diligence, and informed recommendations.
