Incentives - Employee Share Plan Manager

The role

will involve designing and implementing employee incentive schemes for our wide range of listed and private clients. In particular, we welcome candidates with strong legal drafting and technical skills together with tax skills and experience across some or all, EMI option schemes, Company Share Option Plans (CSOPs), growth shares, Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs), and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).

What your days will look like

Design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes for listed and private clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legal, tax, and regulatory requirements while delivering commercially effective solutions.

Advise on the structuring, operation, and governance of employee share plans, working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to align incentive arrangements with clients' strategic objectives.
