We are looking for a results-driven Inbound Manager to join the 3PL Control Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P fulfillment network by governing Inbound and transfer‑In flows, improving throughput, and eliminating defects through data‑driven mechanisms. The Inbound Manager will own end‑to‑end Inbound process performance and productivity improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up — shaping how 3P Inbound operations are managed and scaled in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Process Monitoring & Execution: Monitor Inbound and transfer‑In flows across the 3P FC network with focus on speed and quality input metrics. Ensure operations are aligned with network plans and adherent to best practices.
