We're recruiting for a privately owned country estate near Hertford seeking an experienced Property and Lettings Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of more than 200 residential and commercial properties. This is a client-side, in-house role with real accountability, strong visibility, and the opportunity to drive standards, protect asset value, and deliver a first-class service across the estate.

This role demands someone who can build strong relationships, handle pressure, and maintain a firm grip on service levels, compliance, and day-to-day delivery.
