In-house Architect - Client-side opportunity

This developer–builder is seeking a hands-on Architect to support their growing in-house design function, working directly as 2iC to the Design Manager. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this is a rare opportunity to move client-side and gain exposure across both development and construction, contributing to a pipeline of residential projects from early coordination through to delivery. With a strong focus on consultant management, mark-ups, and design standards, this role suits a highly organised all-rounder who enjoys being across multiple project stages without being heavily focused on documentation.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit design team embedded within a larger development and construction business, giving you direct access to decision-making and real project impact.
