Responsibilities:

Managed clients regarding compliance with data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy regulations guidelines with respect to data protection.

Review commercial agreements and contracts, including Data Processing agreements with data processors.

Experience in performing Privacy impact assessments, data discovery, data classification and developing data flow maps

Experience in implementation and use of privacy enhancing technologies and design of data privacy framework.

Define privacy safeguards based on elements of framework based on various data protection regulations

Must have implemented and/or supported Data Protection technologies.
