IMSC Global Strategic Programs Lead

We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Global Strategic Program (GSP).

This position will be located (onsite/hybrid) at an IMSC hub location including Titusville, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium.

The Director, GSP is responsible for leading delivery of Strategic Supply Chain Programs and related outcomes through effective & efficient program leadership. The role will drive business outcomes through disciplined execution, strong partner engagement, and effective governance. The GSP leads cross‑functional teams to deliver program commitments, manage financial performance, resources, and translate strategy into actionable plans. Success in the role requires influencing across all levels, building alignment, and developing high‑performing teams to achieve sustainable results.
