IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer (Japanese Speaker) – Your future position?

As the IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer you will provide high quality procurement services, ensuring that SLAs and service obligations are met. You will report to the R&F IM&S Team Lead.

On a daily basis you can look forward to:

• Create, change, and follow up on Purchase Orders based on requirements.
• Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
• Manage AP workflow for price discrepancies.
• Generate Purchase Orders via SAP/SRM proactively.
• Handle any ad‑hoc tasks when required.
• Provide support to junior buyers and handle quality non‑conformities.
• Solve problems involving requisitions and purchase orders; check their quality, track the PO, and follow up approvals; create, modify, and monitor the PO based on requirements; create and update procurement master data (vendors).
