Import Operations & Customer Service Specialist

Greenlight Recruitment is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Import Customer Services team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves offering vital support to both Operations and Key Account clients by ensuring the accurate, on-time processing of shipment orders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the freight forwarding industry, showcasing excellent organizational and communication skills, with a calm approach to pressure and a sense of teamwork. EDI Enterprise (Cargowise) experience is preferred but not essential.
