    1. Maintain data and coordinate with shipping agents, shipping lines, and financial institutions
    2. Check and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
    3. Resolve issues and prevent recurrence
    4. Manage the team to align with company direction
    5. Coordinate with customers or suppliers
    6. Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and related government offices
    7. Monitor and control expenses related to import/export
    8. Track and follow up on shipping schedules and ETD
    9. Monitor and inspect incoming shipments (imported goods)
    10. Contact and coordinate with new freight forwarders as needed
