Import Customer Service Lead – Airfreight Ops

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Airfreight Import Customer Service Team Leader to supervise and develop the frontline staff responsible for end-to-end import processes.

You will oversee daily import activities, ensure adherence to procedures, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with Airfreight Operations, Customs and other departments to resolve issues and drive service quality. This on-site role includes KPI-driven performance and growth opportunities.
