Implementation Consultant

Description

We're looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant to lead and co-lead small to mid-sized implementations from scoping to go-live. You'll be the key contact during delivery - bringing users, project teams and product colleagues together to land successful deployments that improve outcomes across the care sector.

What you'll do

• Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training and go-live.
• Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts.
• Manage configuration specs, change requests and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned.
• Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare and triage - helping users feel confident from day one.
• Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing.
