Impactful Employment Specialist: Empower People to Thrive

Forward Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Employment Specialists to enhance our Connect to Work program across Thanet, Dover, and Folkestone / Hythe. This position allows individuals to support clients facing various barriers to employment, significantly impacting their lives.

You'll engage with people dealing with mental health issues, long-term health conditions, or disabilities, assisting them in finding meaningful work and fostering independence. The role offers the flexibility of full-time (35 hours a week) or part-time arrangements depending on business needs.
