About the Role
The Job:
- Attend to pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time and price
- Initiate and follow up new item creation/customer creation in system
- Process sales orders and order amendment in system
- Track, expedite and update customers on order status
- Follow up payment, forwarder details with customer
- Excellence communication skills at all levels
- Proven customer service skills and computer literate
- Responsible and reliable with integrity
