ILS Specialist II - Technical Writer

Job Description

The ILS Specialist II – Technical Writer is responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables within a defence and shipbuilding environment. Reporting to the Supervisor, Technical Publications, the incumbent collaborates with engineering, logistics, and project teams to produce accurate, compliant, and user-focused technical publications in accordance with applicable military and industry standards.

This role involves transforming complex engineering data into clear, accessible documentation – including operation, maintenance, and Illustrated Parts Catalogs that support the safe and efficient use of naval systems and equipment throughout their lifecycle.
