Your key responsibilities will include:

• Improving user experience through data‑driven insights: Analyze end‑to‑end user journeys by integrating stakeholder inputs with operational data to identify pain points, minimize digital friction, and enhance overall satisfaction across all IDT touchpoints.
• Driving continuous process and service improvements: Assess existing processes, systems, and partner interactions to identify strengths and gaps, while documenting actionable opportunities, constraints, and key enablers for ongoing service enhancement.
