What You’ll Experience
+ **Acuity‑based assignments (typically 1:2–3)**
+ **Diverse case mix: DKA, COPD, GI bleeds, cardiac, ventilated medical/surgical patients**
Technology You’ll Use
+ **Hemosphere monitoring, Swan‑Ganz**
+ **EEG capability**
+ **Balloon pump & Impella**
+ **Arterial line & CVP monitoring**
Support You Can Count On
+ **Charge nurse every shift & House supervisors nights/weekends**
+ **24/7 Respiratory Therapy & Rapid Response Team**
Training & Development
+ **6–12 week customized orientation based on experience**
