Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of ICAAP Recovery Planning Risk Management Team Lead.

In this role, you will lead the Bank's Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Recovery Planning, and enterprise stress testing activities, ensuring capital adequacy and recovery capabilities are proactively managed under forward-looking stress scenarios. You will also drive strong governance and regulatory compliance while facilitating the timely escalation of capital and recovery risks to support informed decision-making by Senior Management and the Board.
