I&C Project Engineer  
 Location: Corpus Christi, TX  
 Description  
 Role Purpose  
Provide technical authority (SME) for instrumentation, controls, and automation 
Lead complex design, project execution, and lifecycle integrity for refinery systems 

Design & Project Leadership (Primary Focus)  
Lead instrumentation design for major capital projects ($MM–$B scale) 
Develop and approve: 
P&IDs, control narratives, C&E, interlock logic 
Instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, I/O lists 
SIS/SIL design and safeguarding strategies 
Perform control valve sizing, instrument selection, and system architecture design 
Ensure full integration of field instrumentation with DCS / PLC / SIS systems
