Design and implement intelligent automation (IA) solutions to optimize business processes.Provide operational support for AI, data, and enterprise agent solutions across development and production environments(Microsoft 365)Monitor pipelines, applications, and services to detect failures, performance issues, and anomaliesManage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teamsSupport and implement MLOps, DevOps, and DataOps practices to ensure scalable and repeatable deploymentsMaintain logging, monitoring, observability, and telemetry for AI systems and platformsCoordinate intake and tracking of enterprise AI/agent requests from business stakeholdersEnsure compliance with cloud architecture, security, and governance standardsSupport post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement
