About the Role
Job Description
The team has strong electrical coverage but is looking to add a technician with deep hydraulic expertise to support troubleshooting and system reliability. This role will partner closely with an experienced electrician to improve overall team capability.
On a typical day, you might:
• A production line stops mid-run → you’re called over to diagnose the issue
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues first and foremost (pressure loss, overheating pumps, flow issues, leaks, valves)
• Support mechanical repairs (motors, belts, bearings, couplings)
• Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting as needed (sensors, wiring, motor controls)
For example, you may be called to troubleshoot a hydraulic system failure such as an overheating pump, where you’ll be responsible for identifying root cause (flow issues, pressure imbalances, or mechanical wear) and getting the system back up and running.
