Hybrid Trade Sales Leader - FMCG Growth

Essity Lima is seeking a Traditional Sales Leader to plan, direct, and monitor a sales team across Peru. You will define the Traditional Trade strategy, translate objectives into actionable plans, and drive profitable growth with distributors and customers.

You will forecast, review performance, and negotiate with key accounts while mentoring a high-performance team. Domestic travel is required; English is a plus as needed.
