Hybrid Solution Analyst - Finance & Growth Insights

Barona Teollisuus Oy is seeking a Solution Analyst based in Espoo, Finland, to support Energy-as-a-Service growth in the Heating & Cooling Nordics. You will develop business case calculations and financial analyses while collaborating with various stakeholders to provide insights into project profitability.

The role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, a relevant degree and experience in financial analysis or business analytics are preferred.

This is a fixed-term position for approximately six months, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
