Hybrid Finance Director, Norway LOC — P&L & Strategy

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Finance Director for the Norway Local Operating Company to partner with the GM and Leadership Team, driving performance and delivering revenues around £200m while guiding strategic decision‑making across the region.

You will lead full P&L, manage forecasting, and collaborate across commercial, supply chain and insights teams in a fast‑moving environment. Hybrid work is supported under the Performance with Choice program.
