Hybrid Bid Officer, Islamabad — International Development

Oxford Policy Management is seeking a Bid Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Islamabad, Pakistan office. You will lead and support bid processes, coordinate with senior bid managers, and engage with donors such as FCDO, EU, World Bank, UN, and ADB.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience bidding for international development clients, excellent English
