HW Test Engineer – New Product Development

Build quality into the future of AutoStore. At AutoStore, we create cutting‑edge automated storage and retrieval systems used around the world. We are looking for a HW Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Nedre Vats or Oslo and play a key role in early‑phase New Product Development (NPD).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute hardware tests for modules and sub‑assemblies.
• Set up and run lab testing, rigs, and instrumentation.
• Analyze results and identify failures, trends, and improvement areas.
• Support root cause investigations and validation of design changes.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to provide fast, actionable feedback.
• Contribute to improving test methods, setups, and practices.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electronics, firmware or automation engineering.
