Scope of Project:

Manage and support global background screening operations, ensuring timely completion, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between candidates, vendors, and internal HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end background check process for global candidates
• Coordinate with candidates and third-party vendors
• Review and adjudicate screening results for discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
