Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is:To serve as Chief, Career Development in administering all aspects of the section. This is an Air Reserve Technician(ART) position. Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Career Development programs for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and unit reservists Manages the Air Force Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) Program.
