Summary About the Position: Serves as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist performing operational assignments in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, labor/management and employee relations, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services.
