Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR. Responsibilities You will provide a full range of management advisory services on day-to-day matters involving Employee Relations (ER), including discipline, grievances, and performance management. You will advise and assist managers, supervisors, and employees on the proper resolution of conflicts, including interpreting command policies and procedural requirements.
