Summary This position is a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations) responsible for providing expert advice, training, and support to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) managers on resolving workplace issues related to employee conduct and performance. The incumbent performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader or more experienced professional.
