Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASS/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in CHRO-SOUTHEAST ALBANY at MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE, ALBANY GA. Responsibilities You will serve as the technical expert for classification and serve as the senior advisor for all serviced positions. You will review position descriptions (PDs), conduct desk audits, write reports of findings, and prepare evaluations as required for internal activity use or in response to external requirements. You will provide advice on classification appeals, ensuring that packages comply with Department of War (DoW) and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) requirements. You will participate in position management studies and and reviews, establishing career ladders, determining most efficient organizations, eliminating duplication of effort, and so on.
