Key Responsibilities


Handle complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining
Understand job requirements and find suitable candidates through different channels
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer process, follow-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain candidate data and ensure a good hiring experience


Desire Candidate :


Candidates with 2–5 years of experience having strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
