Human Resources Project Coordinator, Robotics Venture

We’re hiring a Shared Services Coordinator to oversee shared services that support the robotics venture's operations. This role acts as the point of contact between internal teams and the shared services provider, ensuring that service requests are properly captured, prioritized, and tracked through to completion. The Shared Services Coordinator also monitors service performance and governance, working with stakeholders and the provider to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed standards. This job is about making sure support services run smoothly for the robotics business.

About the Role

You are the main go‑between for internal teams (like HR, Finance, IT) and the shared services provider. When someone inside the company needs help, you collect the request, make sure it has the right details and approvals, and pass it on to the provider.
