Human Resources Manager (Xico)

Fragomen, the leading integral business immigration services firm, is searching for a Human Resources Manager for our Mexico City, Mexico location. This position will provide lead Human Resources support for legal teams in Mexico City and throughout the region, as needed.

• Manage all facets of day-to-day Human Resources support in the Mexico City Office
• Serve as a knowledgeable HR advisor to local partners and managers in addressing employee relations matters
• Support the development and implementation of the Firm's HR initiatives, tools and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HR functional areas to ensure delivery of Talent Acquisition support, Talent Management program delivery and Total Rewards initiatives
• Manage performance review and the annual merit increase processes for employees in the areas of responsibility
