Human Resources Manager

HTI is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a growing manufacturing facility in Summerville, SC. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Safety functions at the plant, partnering closely with leadership and employees to support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, training, and workplace safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, hands-on leadership skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP.
