Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Gardena, CA | Hybrid (On-site for the first 3 months, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week on-site)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 starting salary, plus a non-discretionary bonus

The HR Manager supports day-to-day human resources operations across a variety of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, payroll coordination, employee support, training administration, and compliance activities.
