Human Resources Manager

Aetram Finserv L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and technically strong HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional with deep domain expertise gained within banking, investment banking, forex, or fintech environments, who understands the unique regulatory, compliance, and talent dynamics of the financial services sector.

This successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end HR agenda — from talent acquisition and performance management to compliance, employee relations, and HR systems — while acting as a strategic partner to leadership.

Note: We are looking for candidates who have worked in Forex/Banking/Investment Banking Domain in current or previous roles
