Manager-Human Resources Roles & Responsibilities: Head Count Addition and Deletion in SAP / SF End to end processing of payroll in SAP Providing relevant data to internal Auditors, External Auditors, Customer Auditors. Statutory Audits and closing of Audit points. Periodical Validation of Actuarial Valuation (Leaves, Gratuity, Wages) Generate payroll reports Reconciliation of payroll reports. Ensuring compliances under various acts. Contract Labour Management Effectively delivered the payroll results within the frame time for 2000 employees (Piston, Ring, FMTPR) Periodically review of employee’s master data and Increments, Promotions, DA Revisions and MID year Corrections as per the approvals.
