The HR Leave Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of leave and accommodation management. In addition, this position also oversees various other HR tasks.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the HR Leave Administrator:
+ Communicates with employees regarding their need for leave or other reasonable accommodations; ensures that employees are aware of their responsibilities and of any documentation and notice required for eligibility for leaves and/or accommodations
