Human Resources Lead

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR Lead to join our team. This role will work closely with the Regional HR Director and play a key role in supporting business growth, strengthening employee relations, improving recruitment governance, and ensuring operational excellence across the HR function.

This position also offers a potential career progression pathway to HR Manager, subject to performance and business requirements.
