Human Resources Generalist

Our client is seeking an operational, high-touch Human Resources Generalist (HRG) for a 6-month contract role at for their San Diego, CA plant and depot facility. You will handle daily field HR functions, working closely with the General Manager and plant leadership to drive non-exempt recruitment, maintain compliance, and champion a positive work environment for our Associates.

If you have outstanding interpersonal savvy and thrive in a fast-paced, floor-visible industrial or manufacturing setting, this role is for you.
