PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Human Resources Generalist supports a variety of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, compliance, and employee support. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure effective HR processes and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance-related processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, training, and performance management processes.
